Olly
Last week when we were still
able to paint before
the winds came up
and hubby
had his knee surgery...
...we had Inspectors.
Olly finding Lizzy
They were very thorough...
Chelsea watching the cats under the plastic
checking for spills...missed spots.
Bubba
They checked under the plastic...
and checked the equipment.
See the eye under the plastic on the left
in the picture above?
I think they were happy with our work.
Oh oh...THE BOSS just got home from work.
That means "TREAT TIME!"
They're also the "Welcoming Committee".
Hubby's surgery went well and he should
be back at work tomorrow night.
Thanks for all the kind words and
well wishes!
Today is our first warm calm day since
last Thursday....so you know
what I'll be doing today.
The Inspectors will be there for sure.
I hope you have a WONDERFUL week!
Maura
:)
Love those pics Maura, especially the one with the little sneaky eye peeping out!
ReplyDeleteThose are the sweetest inspectors I've ever seen! : )
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear your husband's surgery went well. Your property is looking beautiful!
Happy Monday Maura!
~Andrea~
Oh my how cute, wonderful post and photos of your furbabies. Glad to hear hubby is doing well. Have a great day !
ReplyDeleteHi Miss Maura,
ReplyDeleteI have sole "ownership" of the "puter" today. Color me happy!!!
Ah, The Inspectors - yes, what would we do without their "opinions"? Our two (doggies) only work for food. Giggle. And they only work when it isn't their nappy time, play time, dinner time - wait - is there any time left for work? Nope. (o:
I love your kitties & doggies.
Hugs,
Prudence
haha inspectors and welcoming committee!!!
ReplyDeleteWhoohoo
Thanks
Leontien
I love how thoroughly they inspect every inch! Bubba and Chelsea are so cute, and very inquisitive for dogs.
ReplyDeleteMy new kitty looks like your Olly and Lizzie. His name was Luke, but it didn't fit him and he didn't respond to it. So I named him Jax.
Love the inspectors and happy to hear your hubby is doing well.
ReplyDeleteWe could sure use some sun around here. Can't wait to get my hands dirty.
Have a great day, Maura
Hugs, Deb=^..^=x5
I like your inspectors..the only kind to have! Have a good week! :D
ReplyDeleteMaura, what cute pictures of your inspectors!! Glad your hubby came through surgery without any problems!
ReplyDeleteWish I could have heard your inspectors in the plastic.
ReplyDeleteAmazing how life goes on with surgery well completed. Good news.
Garden & Be Well, XO Tara
I hope everything passed their inspection and no citations were issued.
ReplyDeleteOur cats Molly and Hattie use to inspect everything we did too-we use to call them our "foremen" complete with hard hats ! glad the surgery went well x
ReplyDeleteMaura, a very thorough inspection indeed! Glad you passed with flying colors! Good to hear hubby is healthy and back to the old routine! Hugs from Maine, Julie.
ReplyDeleteToo cute!! Heres to a speedy recovery!!!
ReplyDeleteyour lovely lil family...all the best to the old man. Speedy recovery.!
ReplyDeleteMaybe your inspectors would like a paint brush too! At least they didn't come out with extra stripes or spots. Did your sister ever find a cottage in England?
ReplyDeleteAre Chelsea and Bubba shih tzus? They look very much like my Bosco.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that your husband's knee surgery went well. Oh those animals are so adorable. I love the photos, but especially the one of the cat peaking out from under the plastic. Our lovely pets make work so much more fun.
ReplyDeleteWho can resist such charm?! They're a part of the family too and making sure all is well! Wish the rain would stop here long enough to get some outdoor work done...but, lucky me...I'll be enjoying your lovely outdoors!
ReplyDeleteLooks like the inspectors will make sure the job is done right.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like the inspectors (and welcoming committee) have been very thorough. Hope the good weather stays for a while. Sending best wishes for a quick recovery to your husband.
ReplyDeleteSuch helpful critters you have there. I'm glad your husband is doing well.--Inger
ReplyDeleteHi Maura,
ReplyDeleteBest wishes to your husband - glad to hear that he is doing better. Looks like the "inspectors" were very busy and helpful.
Hope you can find time to paint something soon - other than walls. I know you will enjoy painting once you get started.
Blessings,
Erin
I am glad that your DH did well with his surgery.
ReplyDeleteCute pictures of your critters!!
